Responsibilities:

• Full time instructor position for Mitchell Technical Institute Wind Turbine Technology Program. 
• Teach assigned courses both lecture and lab.  
• Develop and maintain course syllabi and outlines. 
• Develop instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the needs of the students.
• Work collegially in an academic environment, participate in institute and program projects.

Qualifications:

3 years non-teaching work experience in the wind turbine service, repair and operation preferred.  Good oral and written communication is essential.  Ability to function effectively in a team environment.  Must be eligible to meet state of South Dakota post-secondary instructor certification. 

• Minimum Education: H.S. Diploma/Equivalent
• Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 (Yearly Salary)
