POSITION SUMMARY
BPA is looking for an internal consultant to foster the culture and practice of Operational Excellence in the organization. The ideal candidate has a background in quickly acclimatizing and analyzing organizations' processes and practices. These outcome focused professionals affect change through short term projects. These projects consist of guiding the planning, development and implementation of initiatives focused on operational excellence in Bonneville.
Through individual contributions and facilitating the contributions of subject matter experts and managers, the Operational Excellence Consultants develop measurement tools to measure business performance and the success of process improvements being implemented.
This position reports the Executive VP for Internal Business Services, and operates throughout all of the business units of Bonneville.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have had a total of 1 year specialized experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically related to the work of this position.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in which the applicant demonstrates the application of multiple process improvement methods and tools in a complex environment.
