· Certification as a solar panel installer or energy auditor preferred.
· Prior sales and management experience with small companies.
· Independent initiative.
· Develop financing relationships.
· Develop and implement workflow processes.
· Develop supplier networks.
· Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
· Manage and schedule installers.
· Identify training opportunities for installers.
Prior experience with startup companies is a plus.
