Position Overview: 

We are actively seeking a CFO with an interest or background in carbon brokerage activity.

Responsibilities: 

• The CFO would assist the CEO in raising our Series A round (we have already secured a seed investment) as well as assisting in sourcing project finance in Canada and potentially in Latin America.
• Additionally we are hopeful that this individual would be able to establish the carbon brokerage part of our business.
