Position Overview:

Works with the Director of Marketing to develop, plan and initiate marketing projects based on the company's strategic goals; organizing and overseeing project resources, budget and time to meet those goals. This position is full time and requires occasional travel.

Responsibilities:  

Working under the direction of the marketing department head, in accordance with company and brand strategies, this position is responsible for organizing and overseeing marketing projects and project resources, budget and time in the following areas, including but not limited to:

• Coordinate and execute:
  1. trade and consumer advertising campaigns
  2. trade and consumer public relations efforts
  3. trade and consumer trade shows / events
  4. consumer loyalty promotions
  5. retail and in-store marketing efforts
• Coordinate development and maintenance of company websites.
• Coordinate marketing support for company sales department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Position may require supervisory responsibilities within a growing department.

Education and/or Experience:

• Requirements include a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university (with marketing / communications emphasis preferred) and 5 or more years in related experience and/or training. 
• This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in marketing, public relations and with current computer and communications technologies.
