Responsibilities:
- Managing supplier inquiries
- Product ordering
- Fielding consumer calls with orders or questions
- Managing electronic and paper filing systems
- Database management
- Some accounting (paying suppliers, invoicing customers)
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
- University/college diploma preferred
- Motivated, confident, hardworking, reliable and thorough
- Previous experience in administration either in customer service, or supporting operations management roles
- Complete proficiency in use of the both MacIntosh and Windows platforms, Microsoft Office, with some knowledge of iWork, FTP, and Quickbooks
- Bilingualism an asset, but not necessary.
Compensation: The successful candidate will be a part time employee working approximately 3-4 hours per day with a competitive compensation package, and an opportunity to join a growing organization.
