Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Sustainability Director who will drive financial results through sustainable strategies and incorporate technologies and solutions that lower our impact on the planet while improving profitability.  This position requires knowledge of emerging sustainable business strategies with the ability to perform ROI analysis on our business operations.

This person will work effectively with a variety of departments, including manufacturing, to find innovative and measurable sustainability solutions.  Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are required.  Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in corporate sustainability that includes energy emissions management, LEED certification, zero waste concepts, and program development.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability or related field with 1 to 3 years of related experience required.  A green MBA is preferred.
