Responsibilities: 

Training:

• Develop training courseware, tutorials and webinars
• Webinar hosting and live product training (product demonstrations)

Support:

• Provide support to advanced users
• Working with strategic customers for training, product information and support
• Technical (high level) support for product inquiries

Development:

• Support channel development by training manufactures, distributors, and educational providers
• Technical liaison between users, the solar industry and the development team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year Teaching Experience
• 3 years Solar Design Experience on residential and commercial systems, preferably photovoltaic and solar thermal
• Understanding of NEC codes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Engineering degree preferred, but not required
