Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
Develops marketing initiatives as well as helps foster and implement strategic B2B partnerships that create new revenue opportunities and grow NAEM's products and services. Helps develop and sell new business opportunities aimed at enhancing business decision-making for Environmental, Health and Safety, and Sustainability leaders. Works closely with the Executive Director to implement the organization's strategic marketing plan.

- Ability to work with a minimum level of supervision in a fast-paced environment characterized by personal initiative
- Ability to prioritize workload while managing conflicting deadlines and competing priorities to meet the needs of Executive Director and NAEM staff
- Experience with and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours in order to meet deadlines or to communicate with business colleagues in other time zones
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing and/or Business Development; MBA preferred. 3-5 years of successful Sales and Marketing/Public Relations experience focused on developing innovative business opportunities. Knowledge of corporate Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability marketplace is highly desired and association, non-profit organization, and/or related consulting preferred.
