Order Fulfillment Manager

Job Description :
In this position you will be responsible for servicing and managing delivery and shipment details to existing accounts including change orders, contract volume justification, and working with regional sales management, while continuing to build a relationship with and develop an understanding of the needs of the customer. This position includes being the primary point of contact for order placement by current accounts, customer service, problem resolution, fulfilling requests, sales database management, forecast implementation, etc. The position will order entry into the Oracle ERP system ensuring all purchase orders are compliant with agreed upon T&C’s and company prescribed booking policies. Coordination with the Sales teams, Product Management, Revenue, Credit & Collections, billing contracts and fulfillment to ensure that the sales order documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for processing.
Job Requirements :
This position will require a strong background in order management and the ability to interface with production, logistics, sales, finance and customers to prepare the order and then process the order.
- BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years related business experience
- 5+ years managing an order processing group
- International experience preferred
- Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in Oracle order management and CRM (Sales Force preferred) is a must
- Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment
