This top engineering firm with a strong presence in Asia is looking for a strong geothermal power engineer for their Beijing team, focusing on Greater China market.

Responsibilities include:

• Engineering, construction and development of geothermal power projects in Greater China, from development through to grid connection
• Provide support on distribution networks and high voltage (HV) distribution systems in Greater China
• Visiting sites and liaising with clients regularly to oversee and manage the engineering aspects of the projects
• Supporting the senior engineers and development staff with any technical issues they encounter

Skills Required:

• Experience of working as an engineer in geothermal power project development and engineering
• Experience of working with HV distribution systems and managing projects through to grid connection
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable
• Excellent communication / presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Great understanding the regulators and technical aspects of grid integration in China
